FAQ

Do you need access to my Meta or Snapchat ad account?

No. We give you feed URLs and you add them to the catalog you already have. We never ask for, or touch, your ad account.

Do I need to change anything in my store?

No. We read the product feed your store already publishes and never write to it. Your prices, stock and products stay managed where they are now.

Can I see the images before they go live?

Yes. After you paste your feed URL, the dashboard previews your own products in the template and brand you choose. Nothing reaches your catalog until you add our feed URL to it.

Is there an API?

Not yet. There is no public API today: you work through the dashboard and the feed URLs. If you need an API for your agency or platform, email us and tell us what you would build with it.

Can I use it for Google Shopping?

No. Google does not allow promotional text on product images, so we produce feeds for Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and Pinterest, never Google. The page “Why not Google” in these docs explains it in full.

Do you support TikTok and Pinterest?

Yes. Each store has feed URLs for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok and Pinterest on its Home page in the dashboard.

My store is not in the Gulf. Can I use it?

Yes. Pick your store’s country when you add it: its time zone, ready-made seasons and pay-later options follow the country. Images can be in Arabic, English or both, and plans are priced in US dollars everywhere, with your VAT, GST or sales tax added at checkout.

I run an agency. Can I manage several stores?

Yes. One account can hold up to 10 stores, and they share the plan’s product count. Each store has its own brand, templates, rules and feed URLs.

My feed is in English only. Can I get Arabic images?

Images use the titles in your feed, so an English feed gives English images. Add your feed in Arabic as well, for example Salla’s catalog link generated in Arabic, and products with an Arabic title also get Arabic images.

What happens if I stop using CatalogBadge?

Remove our feed URL from your catalog, or paste your old URL back, and your catalog returns to your own images on its next fetch. A paused store’s feeds answer in a way that makes Meta and Snapchat keep their last copy, so nothing empties suddenly.

Why does my ad still show the old image?

Meta and Snapchat fetch your feed on their own schedule and download an image only when its URL changes. Set the catalog’s schedule to hourly and check the item’s image link in Commerce Manager: if it shows our new URL, the ad updates as the platform refreshes it.
