The feed URL must be a public http or https address on the internet. Addresses inside a private network are refused.

The product count is shared by all the stores on your account. Products past the limit keep their original image, in feed order, and the dashboard warns you from 90%. Out-of-stock, skipped and invalid products are not counted. Above 20,000 products, email hello@catalogbadge.com. See pricing for the plans.
Product photos
- Up to 10 MB each, downloaded within 10 seconds, with up to 5 redirects.
- JPEG, PNG or WebP, served with an image content type.
- Photos under 500 pixels are drawn, and flagged in the health report.
Your logo
- PNG or SVG, up to 2 MB.
- PNG up to 4096 pixels on each side.
- SVG files are cleaned before use: scripts, external links and embedded images are refused.
Our images
- 1080 × 1080, 1080 × 1350 and 1080 × 1920 pixels.
- JPEG, around 200 KB each, well under Snapchat's 5 MB limit.
- Replaced images stay online for 30 days.
Feed requests
Each store's feeds answer up to 60 requests a minute. Meta and Snapchat fetch at most hourly.
