Try before you pay

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

If you are not happy with a payment, email hello@catalogbadge.com within [REFUND WINDOW] (to be completed) of the charge with the email address on your account. We will refund it in full if [REFUND CONDITIONS] (to be completed). We also refund any charge made in error, such as a double charge.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so refunds go back to the card or account you paid with through Dodo. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
