Terms of service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY] (to be completed), [ADDRESS] (to be completed) ("CatalogBadge", "we"), for the use of catalogbadge.com, app.catalogbadge.com and the feeds and images we produce (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
1. The service
CatalogBadge reads the product feed you give us, draws branded ad images for your products, and publishes feed files at URLs you add to your own Meta or Snapchat catalog. We do not access your ad accounts, create catalogs for you or buy ads. You decide whether and where to use our feeds, and you can remove them at any time.
2. Your account
- Give us a working email address and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us at hello@catalogbadge.com straight away if you think someone else has used your account or your feed URLs.
- You must be at least 18 and use the service for your business.
3. Your content
- Your feeds, product data, photos, logos and brand settings stay yours. You give us permission to copy, store, resize and combine them into images and feed files, and to serve those to the platforms you send them to, only to provide the service to you.
- You confirm you have the right to use everything you give us, including product photos and trademarks.
- The images show the prices, discounts, offers and texts your feed and settings contain. You are responsible for those being accurate and lawful, and for your ads following Meta's and Snapchat's advertising policies. We are not responsible for a platform's decision to reject or limit an ad or a catalog.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- process feeds or images you have no right to use, or promote anything illegal, misleading or harmful;
- point us at addresses that are not product feeds or photos, or try to reach systems through us;
- overload, probe, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits;
- resell the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend a store or an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.
5. Plans, trial and billing
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions sold by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo charges your card, adds and remits the applicable taxes and issues your invoice, under its own buyer terms.
- New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
- Each plan covers a number of products (one product is one item ID in your feed). Products above your plan's limit keep their original image in the feed; nothing is removed from your catalog.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We will email you at least 30 days before a change applies to you.
- If a payment fails, your service continues while Dodo retries. If the subscription is still unpaid 14 days after its renewal date, your stores are paused (see section 6).
6. Cancelling and what happens to your data
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for and then stops renewing.
- When a store is paused, we stop updating it and its feed URLs answer with an error, so Meta and Snapchat keep the last copy they fetched. You can resume it at any time.
- After 90 days paused, the store's images and feeds are deleted and the store is archived.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we delete everything under it within 7 days.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy. How we handle personal data is covered by our privacy policy.
7. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service running and your catalog safe: when something fails, your feeds keep your original images or the last good version. We may still have outages, and we may change or remove features. We will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.
8. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will increase your sales. Our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end it with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections 3, 8 and 10 continue after the agreement ends.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY OF LAW] (to be completed). Before going to court, please write to us at hello@catalogbadge.com so we can try to solve the problem.
11. Changes to these terms
We will email account holders at least 30 days before a change to these terms takes effect, and update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
