Add-on: background removal
Puts each product on your design’s background instead of the photo’s own, on every image of the store. $29 a month on Starter and Growth, included on Pro and Enterprise. Once your trial or plan is running, preview it on six of your products, then add it from the billing page or at checkout; it is billed with your plan by Dodo Payments.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, adds your country’s VAT or GST at checkout (for example 15% in Saudi Arabia, 5% in the UAE, 19% in Germany, 18% GST in India), and US sales tax only where it applies. At checkout you can also pay in your local currency where Dodo supports it, converted at Dodo’s rate (in India this offers UPI). Paying in a local currency may add a currency conversion fee, which the checkout shows before you pay. Refund policy

What counts as a product
One item in your feed, by its id, that gets a branded image. Colours and sizes listed as separate items count separately.
Products that are out of stock, that you skip with a rule, or that cannot be read are not counted, and keep their original image.
If you go over your plan, the products past the limit keep their original image, in feed order, and the dashboard warns you from 90%. Nothing breaks.
Questions about plans and billing
How does the free trial work?
Your first subscription starts with 14 days free. You add a card at checkout and are charged only when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The trial is once per account.
Who handles the payment?
Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They process your card, send your invoices and handle tax. We never see your card number.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from the billing page. An upgrade takes effect straight away and charges the difference; during the trial it ends the trial. A downgrade takes effect at your next billing date.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from the billing page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. Remove our feed URLs from your catalog and it goes back to your own images.
How does the background removal add-on work?
It costs $29 a month on Starter or Growth and is included on Pro. Added to a running plan, it starts at once and the price for the rest of the billing month is charged then. Ended, it keeps working until your next billing date. A photo that cannot be cut cleanly keeps its original.
Do you touch my ad account or create my catalog?
No. You paste our feed URL into the catalog you already have. We never have access to your ad account.
